Terrible, just terrible. Problems with hard drives, took faulty ptz camera away, only never to return, other camera also not working. So bad when you have an incident and nothing has been recorded. You call and call, someone takes messages no one ever calls back. Given up now. Have had to find someone to rectify the mess they have left behind. Complete waste of money.- Miss Bull on 30 Sep 2010
We had problems with our Alarm System going off and we could not stop it, iStorm Security sent one of there engineers and stopped the Alarm, they then replaced the battery and serviced our Alarm system all for a great price, would deffinetly recommend this company.
