Titan installed an alarm on my mums house, We had just moved in and needed an alarm fitted ASAP. Called them on tuesday alarm was fitted on the thursday. They designed the system to suit the house to provide full protection. The engineers are very good most of the wiring is hidden. They even came back 2 weeks later when the phone line was installed and connected the alarm to the phoneline for audio monitoring and they didnt even charge a call out fee for coming backout. The audio monitoring is excellent you get a immediate response when the alarm is triggered

I have a monitored alarm with Titan Electronics The alarm is very good. When i used to trigger my alarm i got a response within about 1 minuite over the speaker box saying identify yourself. However recently the standard of the response is very poor i pressed my panic button & sometimes they dont even respond over the box sometimes they just call the house. One day they said dont press your button its sending alarms ?? (well thats what i am paying you for)
Sometimes they say they are APS then they are Direct Response, then they are Visual who knows whats going on !!

What a great system. I had a break in through the french windows in the middle of the night. The two way voice system saved my belongings. The monitoring station scared the burglars away and contacted the police. The quality of service I receive is outstanding.
